- Self-Pickup: Customers can also choose to arrange their own transport. In such cases, collection details will be provided upon request.

- Standard Delivery: Typically within 7-14 business days for orders within major metropolitan areas. Delivery to regional or remote areas may take up to 21 business days or more, depending on the location.
- Custom Orders: For modified containers and custom jackleg cabins, delivery times may vary based on the complexity of the customization. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, transport delays, and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery schedules.
5. Delivery Process

- Site Accessibility: The delivery site must be accessible by the delivery vehicle. Please ensure that there are no obstructions such as low-hanging wires, trees, or narrow pathways. If crane delivery is required, ensure adequate space for crane operations.

- Receiving the Delivery: A responsible person must be present to receive the delivery. If no one is available, you must provide written authorization for unattended delivery. Seaman Containers is not liable for any damage or loss occurring after delivery if unattended.
6. Inspection and Acceptance

Failure to report damage within 24 hours may affect your eligibility for refunds or replacements.
